Our premium rooms give you 90 — more time to lose yourself in the story, larger sets that span entire floors, and puzzles that reward teamwork over trial and error. No. All rooms are fully playable in English. Select "English" when booking. Your game master will brief you in English, all puzzles have English clues, and hints during the game are given in English.
How many players do I need?+
Most rooms require 2–6 players. A few rooms allow up to 8 or require a minimum of 3. The booking system shows the exact requirements for each room. We recommend 3–5 players for the best experience.
What's special about 90-minute rooms?+
Our premium rooms give you 90 minutes instead of the industry-standard 60. That means more puzzles, deeper storylines, and larger sets — some rooms span over 70 m². It's a fundamentally different experience from a typical escape room.
How much does it cost?+
Prices start at 26 € per person for classic rooms (60 min) and 33 € per person for premium rooms (90 min), depending on group size. Larger groups pay less per person. The exact price is shown during booking.
Can I pay at the venue?+
Online payment (credit card, PayPal) is preferred and secures your booking instantly. Cash and card payment at the venue is also possible — just select "Pay at venue" during checkout.
Is parking available?+
Karlsruhe: street parking and nearby garages. Freiburg: parking garage at the venue. All locations are easily reachable by public transport.
Can I cancel or reschedule?+
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your booking. Contact us directly for rescheduling — we'll do our best to find an alternative slot.
Team events and corporate bookings?+
We host corporate events for up to 55 people simultaneously (multiple rooms at once). Team building, company outings, onboarding events — contact us at info@cagequests.de for a custom package. Briefing and coordination in English available.
